Life can be hard but shopping with us shouldn't be, so here is a break down of FAQ's for anything to do with your experience shopping with us on PremGroup. We've tried to help break it down and make it super easy for you!

What is a pre order?

A Pre Order is when an item is currently going through production, and will arrive back in stock within a certain time frame. If you intend on placing a Pre Order with stock on hand items, we recommend separating the orders, to ensure the stock on hand is not held back! Pre Orders can only be processed if payment is made. Please check our Pre-Order tab to secure our best sellers.

Which countries do you ship to?

PremGroup ships WORLD-WIDE. Enter your address at check out for shipping rates and details! Our warehouse is based in Sydney, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. We dispatch orders same day if placed before 12PM AEST.

Which courier do you ship with?

For all Australia-Wide deliveries, we ship with AusPost, which can take anywhere between 1 - 5 business days.
For all International deliveries, we ship with DHL Express, which can take anywhere between 3 - 7 business days.
Please note: shipping time is always estimated as this relies on the courier.

Do you offer drop shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer drop shipping.

How should I price my items?

This is totally up to you! We do however, recommend taking the wholesale price and doubling it.

 

My item is faulty. What do I do?

Oh no, If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us ASAP at admin@runawaythelabel.com with clear photos of the fault, and this will be rectified for you!

Please note: Returns can only be considered within 7 days, strict returns policy applies.

Who can sign up for a wholesale account?

Wholesale access is granted to businesses wishing to resell our products in their own store.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Yes, our minimum order requirement is a small order of:
- 5 pieces per style 
- $500 AUD spend

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes! We have a showroom in Sydney that we would love for you to visit.
You can organise an appointment by contacting your Runaway Account Manager, or by contacting admin@runawaythelabel.com with the date you wish to visit.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

In the case that you have forgotten your password, you can contact admin@runawaythelabel.com. We will then send you through an email which will provide a link to reset your password.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept GPay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Unfortunately we do not offer Paypal/Bank Transfer as a method of payment.

Do I have to pay Import Duty on my order?

These fees are NOT included in your invoice as PremGroup is not responsible for Tax and Duties implemented by your country.

How do I know if my items have been shipped?

Once your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address, with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
You can then use the tracking number to track the whereabouts of your parcel.

How often do you receive new stock?

We release new arrivals weekly!
