REVIEW OF TERMS

PREMGROUP reserves the right to review our Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions may be subjected to change at any time. These changes may be made without you being informed. Such changes to be effective upon posting on this website.  Your continued use of the website after any such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes.  

 

MOQ:

The minimum order quantity is 8 units of the same style, or 4 units of the same style (2 styles minimum).

Please ensure your order meets those conditions to avoid any delays in dispatch.

We guarantee same day dispatch for all orders placed before 1:30PM AEST (unless it is a pre-order).

 

ORDER ADD-ONS:

If you have already placed your order and wish to add onto it, please place the add-on order as soon as possible and please ensure to write in the notes at check-out that you wish for both orders to be sent together to save on freight. Please ensure to note the original order number in the notes.

You will then be credited for the difference paid in freight, once the order has been dispatched.

 

PRE-ORDERS:

Please note the ETAs appearing on any items available for pre-order are rough estimated dates, PREMGROUP takes no responsibility if the stock is delivered later than the ETA showing.

In the case of ordering pre-order items as well as stock on hand items; please make sure to place 2 separate orders if you do not wish to wait for the pre-order items to be available before dispatching everything together.

 

INDENT ORDERS:

Indent refers to the process of taking wholesale orders from retailers and then only producing the total quantity from those orders.

In the case of ordering indent items as well as stock on hand items; please make sure to place 2 separate orders.

Indent orders are managed through Premgroup.com.au in 3 easy steps:

1. Place your order through Premgroup.com.au and pay for 30% of your order upfront to secure it.

2. After the 25th of September of 2018, we will send the orders to our factories to go into production. 

3. We will request payment for the remaining 70% order amount as well as shipping once the stock arrives.

  

Please note:

-In the unfortunate event of any styles not going ahead into production, we will credit you for the amount of the deposit paid for the one style, and we will let you amend your order if needed.

-The price showing for the products in the indent category and sub-categories is 30% of the item's full price, the crossed out price is the full price of the item.

-The last day to place your indent orders for this season will be the Tuesday 25th of September of 2018.

  

STORE CREDITS AND REFUNDS:

In the case of needing to return garments for exchanges or credits, please log into your premgroup account and submit a return request. If you are unsure how to do so OR if you wish to return a faulty garment please email admin@runawaythelabel.com with your order number and a list of the garments you wish to return as well as pictures of the faults.

All faulty returns must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. All stock and orders must be inspected upon receipt of goods and any queries must be notified to us within 3 business days.

Anything outside of the 48 hours will be deemed as damaged floor stock and will not be eligible for a return. Any damaged floor stock within these hours is also not deemed as faulty. 

We do not offer refunds or store credits for changes of mind.

 

SHIPPING:

We offer Australia Post Express and their regular service for all orders to be dispatched in Australia.

We offer DHL International Express for all international orders except United Kingdom where we offer Australia Post International. 

We do not offer drop shipments.

If you wish to organise your own carrier, please email admin@runawaythelabel.com before placing your order so we can give you a free shipping code and let you know the following steps for your pick-up.

Please note: if you chose to use your own carrier, any organisation or paperwork will be your responsibility.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you chose the Express shipping option with Australia Post, please note that this does not mean your order will be delivered the following day. If you are unsure if Australia Post offers next day delivery or Saturday delivery for your area, please get in touch with Australia Post, they should be able to let you know how long delivery takes for your area if you let them know your shipment is coming from Marrickville in New South Wales.

Please note: Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have very little control over it. Please note that any delivery times given by carriers are rough estimates. Premgroup is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Premgroup can never guarantee a delivery date. Premgroup is not responsible for any missing parcels due to errors on the customer or the carrier's part.

 

CUSTOM, TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES 

Each country has their own custom and duty charges when you need to collect your parcel. PREMGROUP do not have access to the details of the different charges for each country. PREMGROUP cannot cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order on PREMGROUP they agree to cover these charges. If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you do contact you local DHL to find out what the custom and duty charges may be before placing your order. 

REFUSING A SHIPMENT/PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES

If you refuse any shipments from PREMGROUP, your parcel will either be destroyed or sent back to us at and we are charged. By placing your order on PREMGROUP, you are responsible to understand there may be charges involved to pay to receive your parcel. By refusing your shipment, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipment will be subtracted from your merchandise refund including your original shipping amount.

 

For International Customers:

All parcels are sent via DHL using their Express Service.

Orders placed before 9AM AEST on business days are usually shipped the same day. Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 1 - 7 business days, however we cannot guarantee delivery times.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and a business address is recommended. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, DHL should leave directions on how to receive your parcel.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the courier. In the rare case that your parcel goes missing whilst it is with the courier, PREMGROUP takes no responsibility. If this does happen to you, please contact your countries DHL.

 Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

-       All international orders are sent via DHL Express Shipping

-       Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that PREMGROUP is NOT responsible for covering these costs!

-       Please note delays may occur in sending out your order due to higher shipping prices, troubles with the address provided or any issues with the garments ordered. We will be in contact if this occurs to your order.

 

RETURNS:

You may request a return via your account on the website. This will either be authorised or rejected and you will be notified of it's status via email.

If the garment is faulty, please send an email through to admin@runawaythelabel.com and include pictures of the faults.

 

Disclaimer:

 

PREMGROUP reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a store credit and in most cases, your return will be sent back to you. This includes garments that have any traces of perfume/deodorant/laundry detergent etc
